Protein Packed Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Wow it’s been a hot minute!

I feel like I’ve been totally procrastinating most of the things I enjoy doing, and need to do might I add, in order to relax, binge watch Dawsons Creek and sleep. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing, at all. It has been so nice to have a few months of living a more chill life as I am definitely the type of person who usually needs to be doing something productive 24/7.

However, my time of procrastination is over and I have started brainstorming future endeavours which is super exciting! Even though I’m productive a lot, I am also the type of person who seriously doubts myself and I am way afraid of failure. This aside I want to break into the next chapter with optimism and ready to learn from potential failings and actually start working towards my dream life, without sounding too cheesy – dairy free ofc.

As I’ve been so busy, I’ve been loving having a really quick and easy go-to snack which I can prep on the weekend and enjoy all week. Between work, gym and hobbies, life is pretty busy – even during the relaxing spells – so high protein snacks are my go-to. I have been loving making bliss balls to get me through the 3pm sugar hit without the added sugar and this one has to be one of my favourites!

Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Get This:

  • 125g Oat Bran
  • 2 TBSP Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana – Mashed
  • 20g Peanut Butter
  • 2 TBSP Rice Malt Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Cacao Powder
  • 30g Dark Chocolate – Chopped

Do This:

  1. Add all ingredients (Except Chocolate) to a blender and mix until well combined.
  2. Stir through chocolate.
  3. Roll into balls about 1tbsp per ball – I find it easier to roll if my hands are slightly wet. You should make around 15-17 balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
